+MFMD - the Miami Florida Music Delegation The Miami Florida Music Delegation was formed, consist of a group of young people that are sold-out for the Lord. It all started back in June of 2003, when we had auditioned for people in the community, to come and be apart of something that is going to show this city that all young people are not just in jail, strung out on drugs, or just sitting around listening to rap music. We came together with One Mind, One Sound, and One Mission, and that is to up-lift the name of Jesus Christ, and win Souls for His Glory. It took time to get things going. But, with the help of those member's that first came out to audition, played a big part into bringing in more members that are still part of the choir today. We started having are first rehearsal at True Fellowship in Miami, were Pastor Avant there was so kind to let us continue to use his sanctuary free of charge. As the group form to numerous numbers, David L. Miller, Quinton Robinson, Charles Minus III, Darrell (Traci) & Ramona, came together to first called the choir South Florida Music Delegation. As time went on, we had the opportunity to minister in song at different organizations, as well as churches in the community, We even had the chance to record some original material that was presented from different writers from across this country such as, David Frazier, who wrote many songs for Hezikiah Walker (I Need You To Survive), Vashaun Mitchell, who is a writer on Bishop Larry Trotter's Album (My Worship Is For Real), John Walker, David L. Miller, one of Miami's animated Choir Directors, writers, composers, you name it, he's good at it, Toby Lewis, and Pastor Darrell(Traci), both out of Ft. Lauderdale Florida, who all played a big part in this project. In all that, we were up ministering at this particular church were we meet the CEO of BMLE Records, Matthew Harris, better known as (Big Mac). At that point of hearing the group, he loved the sound that he heard, and wanted to sign us to his label. In talking and negotiating, we went and signed on to BMLE Records as their New upcoming Artist for 2005. In signing to BMLE Records, the group went through up's and down's, and a whole lot of changes we had to face as a young group just starting out, with the help of the CEO/President of BMLE Records, the transition, and the direction of the choir was made a little smooth, and we had to change the name from South Florida Music Delegation, to Miami Florida Music Delegation. And that brings us to the point of how things could seem so dark as if there is no way out, But, We realized that if we just wait on God, and believe that He will make the crooked road straight in whatever situation that we face. He has it all in control, knowing that what we need from him, and the promises He has made, can't nobody take it away.
